The Law Firm T&R provides assistance to both private unlimited companies and limited liability ones, helping them throughout their life: from the foundation until the dissolution.

The professionals of the Law Firm are available to take part in company meetings and participate in the board of directors’ assemblies, upon delegation of the legitimized party.

In particular, the Law Firm T&R provides consultancy services and judicial assistance in the following fields:

- Claim against shareholders' deliberations;
- Complaint to the Court of serious irregularities pursuant to art. 2409 cod. civ;
- Civil liability actions against Managing Directors and members of the Supervisory Board, including bankruptcy proceedings cases, as well as the resolution of litigation between shareholders, or between shareholders and the company, even in the proceedings related to provisional measures, including the protective ones.
